Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Lucky Growth Partners Ltd, trading as Funding Fred (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice or our practices with regard to your personal information, please contact us at [email protected].
Funding Fred is an independent financial intermediary and introducer. We are not a lender, not a credit provider, and not a credit broker. We do not provide financial advice, arrange credit contracts, or make lending decisions. Our role is to introduce you to specialist business funding providers who may be able to assist with your funding requirements. Once introduced, your relationship is with those third parties directly.
This privacy notice describes how we might use your information if you visit our website at https://fundingfred.com/au or engage with us in other related ways, including in connection with our business funding introduction services for Australian businesses.
We may introduce you to specialist business funding providers who may assess your eligibility and present offers to you directly. These providers may share your information with credit reporting bodies (such as Equifax, Illion, or Experian) to conduct identity verification and soft credit enquiries — this will not impact your credit score. They may also share information with fraud prevention agencies. Please be aware that if fraud is identified, this may affect your ability to obtain financial services, credit, or employment.
The purpose of this privacy notice is to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it under Australian law. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

By providing your personal information to us, you consent to the disclosure of your information to overseas recipients for the purposes described in this notice.
